Le risposte agli assessment non ci arrivano
Profilo, risposte, note, evidenze, logo e report sono elaborati solo nel tuo browser e conservati nella sua memoria locale (localStorage) finché non li azzeri. Non vengono trasmessi a GoToCertify né a terzi.
Dati trattati per il pass Pro
- Indirizzo e-mail e lingua: per creare il pass, inviarti il link di accesso e assisterti. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b). Conservazione: per la durata del pass e fino a 90 giorni dopo la scadenza, poi cancellazione automatica.
- Dati di pagamento (nome, carta, indirizzo di fatturazione): raccolti e trattati direttamente da Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. come titolare autonomo; noi riceviamo solo l'esito, l'importo e l'e-mail. I dati contabili sono conservati per 10 anni per obbligo di legge (art. 6.1.c).
- Consenso all'esecuzione immediata e accettazione delle condizioni: data e ora, registrate con il pagamento, a prova dell'adempimento (art. 6.1.c e f).
- Dati tecnici: indirizzo IP per limitare abusi (contatori conservati al massimo 1 ora) e i normali log di Cloudflare.
Cookie
La versione gratuita non usa cookie. Dopo l'acquisto viene impostato un solo cookie tecnico, gtc_pro, strettamente necessario per riconoscere il pass sul dispositivo (durata pari a quella del pass). Non usiamo cookie di profilazione né strumenti di analisi con cookie, quindi non serve consenso.
Fornitori (responsabili del trattamento)
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, archivio dei pass), Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., invio delle e-mail di accesso), Stripe (pagamenti, titolare autonomo). Alcuni hanno sede negli Stati Uniti: i trasferimenti avvengono sulla base del EU-US Data Privacy Framework e/o delle clausole contrattuali standard.

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22) scrivendo a [email protected]. Puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Your assessment answers never reach us
Profile, answers, notes, evidence status, logo and reports are processed only in your browser and kept in its local storage until you reset them.
Data processed for the Pro pass
- E-mail address and language: to create the pass, send the access link and support you (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for the duration of the pass and up to 90 days after expiry.
- Payment data: collected by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. as independent controller; we receive only the outcome, amount and e-mail. Accounting records are kept for 10 years (legal obligation).
- Consent to immediate performance and acceptance of terms: timestamp stored with the payment.
- Technical data: IP address for abuse rate-limiting (kept up to 1 hour) and ordinary Cloudflare logs.
Cookies
The free version uses no cookies. After purchase a single strictly necessary cookie, gtc_pro, recognises the pass on your device for the duration of the pass. No profiling or analytics cookies.
Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and pass storage), Resend (e-mail delivery), Stripe (payments, independent controller). Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
